hereby enter into the following Custody Stipulation regarding the minor child, BRITANY ANN
SMITH:
The Defendant and natural mother is Laura J. Smith, an adult individual who resides at 14
South East Street, Apartment 3, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.

The Defendant and natural father is Dennis Earl Fahnstock, an adult individual residing at
92 Betty Nelson Court, Lot 5, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.
The Defendants, Laura J. Smith and Dennis E. Fahnstock, are the natural parents of
Britany Ann Smith, bom February 22, 1994, age seven (7).

The Plaintiffs, Ronald L. Ludwig and Joan E. Ludwig, are the guardians of Britany Ann
The Plaintiffs, Ronald L. Ludwig and Joan E. Ludwig, shall have primary physical and
legal custody of the above named child.
The Defendant, Dennis E. Fahnstock, shall have supervised visitation of the minor child
as the parties agree is in the best interest of the child.
The Defendant, Laura J. Smith, shall have visitation of the minor child as has been agreed
upon by the parties.
Intending to be legally bound, the parties enter their hands and seals the date first set forth
above.

follows:
The Plaintiffs, Ronald L. Ludwig and Joan E. Ludwig, will have primary physical and
legal custody of the above named child.
The Defendant, Dennis E. Fahnstock, will have supervised visitation of the minor child as
the parties agree is in the best interest of the child.
The Defendant, Laura J. Smith, will have visitation of the minor child as has been agreed
