Petitioners Alan and Barbara Sackman are adult individuals with a current address of 35 Barkers Point Road, Sands Point, NY 11050 and a prior address of 2 East Road, Port Washington, NY 11050 2. Petitioner James Hefelfinger is an adult individual with an address of P.O. Box 453, Locust Valley, NY 11560. 3. On January 6, 1994, National Westminster Bank USA entered a foreign judgment from the State of New York against the Petitioners in the amount of Six Hundred Ninety -Two Thousand Two Hundred Fifty -Nine and 90/100 ($692,259.90) Dollars. 4. On July 9, 1997, Petitioners satisfied the judgment in full. A True and Correct copy of the Certificate of Disposition from the County of New York, dated May 11, 2012, is attached hereto as Exhibit "A". 5. Though satisfied over seventeen (17) years ago, Respondents failed to file a Praecipe to Satisfy Judgment with the Prothonotary of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. The judgment entered at 193 Civil 1994, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania has never been revined and the lien is therefore expired and cannot be enforced. WHEREFORE, the Petitioners, request this Honorable Court to direct the Prothonotary to enter satisfaction upon the records thereof, such entry of satisfaction to have the same effect as if made by the Respondents in such Judgment.
