Judgment Note
Mark Clouser and Karen Clouser, promise to pay to the order of Larry V.
Neidlinger and Mary Jo NeidlinKer, the sum of Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000).
Payable in full on or before December 25, 1998, without defalcation, value
received, with interest at a rate of eight percent (8%) per annum added thereto,
and further we do hereby empower any Attorney of any Court of Record within
the United States or elsewhere to appear for them and after one or more
declaration filed, confess judgment against us, without stay of execution and
inquisition and execution upon any levy on real estate is hereby waived, and
condemnation agreed to and the exemption of personal property from levy and
sale on any execution hereon, is also hereby expressly waived, and no benefit of
exemption be claimed under and by virtue of an exemption law now in force or
which may be hereafter passed.
This indebtedness shall be amortized over a 30 year period with a balloon
payment due five years from the date hereof, The obligors agree to make
monthly payments at the rate of $117.41 per month and may prepay without
penalty, The first payment is due on January 25, 1994 and every month thereafter
until sooner satisfied or the due date of the balloon payment. In the event there
are no prepayments of principal the balance due on December 25, 1998 shall be
$15,216,00.
