says that he served the ahove Summons in Civil Action Law in the following
manner: The Sheriff mailed one of the within named defendants. to wit:
Agency Rent-A-Car, Inc. a notice of the pendency of the action by certified
mail. to their last known address at P.O. Box 94648, Cleveland, Ohio,
44101-4648, ATTN: Ms. Mdrge Craggs. This letter was mailed under the date
of January 25, 1994. Letter was received by Agency Rent-A-Car, Inc. on
January 28. 1994 with return receipt card signed with an unreadable
address. Return receipt card is hereto attached.
Donald Harper. Deputy Sheriff. who being duly sworn according
to law, says that on February 01. 1994 at 10:15 o'clock A.M., E.S.T., he
served a true copy of the within Summons in Civil Action Law. in the above
entitled action, upon one of the within named defendants. to wit: Erie
Insurance Exchange. by making known unto Chris Sheffield. Receptionist and
adult in charge, at 4901 Louise Drive, Mechanicshurg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, its contents and at the same time handing to her personally
the said true and attested copy of the same.
