P.O. Box 331, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. 2. Defendant, Jeffrey C. Taylor, Is an adult Individual who resides at and/or maintains an office and place of business located at 334 E. Meadow Drive, Mechanlcsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 3. Defendant, Valerie C. Taylor, is an adult individual who resides at and/or maintains an office and place of business located at 334 E. Meadow Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County. Pennsylvania. 4. At the special instance and request of Jeffrey Taylor Homes, Inc., Plaintiff sold and tendered to Jeffrey Taylor Homes. Inc. various building materials and related goods and merchandise for which there Is presently due and owing to Plaintiff the sum of $2,705.75, plus Interest from November 27, 1993 at 1 %% per month. 5. A copy of a Credit Application dated May 30, 1990, duly executed by the Defendant, Jeffrey C. Taylor, and which provides for the payment of Interest at the rate of 1 % % per month on past due balances Is 8ttached hereto and Incorporated herein as Exhibit" A". 6. The Plaintiff has rendered to Defendants Statements of Account showing a balance due to Plaintiff by Defendant. Jeffrey C. Taylor Homes, In the amount of $2,705.75. to which Defendants have not objected and an account has therefore been stated between Plaintiff and Defendants as set forth In Exhibit "8", which Is attached hereto and Incorporated herein, In the amount certain of $2,705.75, plus Interest from November 27, 1993 at the rate of 1 % % per month. 7. In consideration of and In order to Induce Plaintiff to extend credit to Defendants' corporation, known as Jeffrey Taylor Homes, Inc. on June 18. 1990. the Defendants. Jeffrey C. Taylor and Valerie C. Taylor, agreed to personally guarantee the Indebtedness due and owing to Plaintiff by Jeffrey C. Taylor Homes. A copy of the Personal Guarantee Is attached hereto and Incorporated herein as Exhibit "C". 8. As a result of the Guarantee, which Guarantee has at all times been In force and effect, the Defendants, Jeffrey C. Taylor and Valerie C. Taylor, have become Indebted to Plaintiff In the sum of $2,705.75, plus Interest. 9. Although duly demanded the said outstanding balance In the amount of $2,705.75 has not been paid by Defendants to Plaintiff or anyone acting on behalf of Plaintiff and is therefore due and payable with interest from November 27, 1993 at the rate of 1 Y. % per month.
