KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT WHEREAS, BOROUGH OF
SHIPPENSBURG, entered a Judgment against J. Michael Adler, the
above-named Defendant, as above docketed.
WHEREAS, J. MICHAEL ADLER, has requested that the said Borough of
Shippensburg release the premises hereinafter described, from the
lien and operation of said Judgment.
NOW,
THEREFORE,
be it known that the said
Borough
of
Shippensburg, a corporation, for good and valuable consideration,
has remised, released, quit-Claimed, exonerated and discharged
unto said J. MICHAEL ADLER, his heirs, successors and assigns,
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or tract of land situate
in carlisle Borough, Cumberland county,
Pennsylvania, known and numbered as, and
as further described in the Installment Sales
Agreement from Barry L. Lebo and carolyn L.
Lebo to Adco Group Investments recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book
397, page 1166.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same witn the appurtenances, unto the
said J. Michael Adler, his heirs, successors and assigns forever
freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said
Judgment, and every part thereof.
PROVIDED, ALWAYS, NEVERTHELESS, That nothing herein contained
shall in anyway affect, alter or diminish the lien or encumbrance
of the aforesaid Judgment on the remaining properties, if any,
to
