WHEREAS, PENN 21 ASSOCIATES, a Pennsylvania limited partnership with its principal place
of business located in the City of Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called Owner,
is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Brian S. Weimer, tldlb/a Weimer's
Remodeling Company, of 4724 Mountain View Road, Harrisburg (Susquehanna Township),
Pennsylvania, hereinafter called Contractor, for installation and construction of improvements to a
portion, approximately 2300 square feet in area, of the second floor of a three story office building,
municipally known and numbered as 423 North 21st Street, Camp Hill (East Pennsboro Township) upon
land situate: East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No.2, Final
Subdivision Plan for Prosperity Development Company, dated February 13, 1984, last revised April 24,
1984, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County in Plan Book 45, Page
102.
NOW, J A AI " A A )/ U, 1994, before any authority has been given by the said Owner
to the said Contractor to commence work on the said Improvements or purchase materials for the same,
in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner and the further consideration of One
Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against said improvements
or the property by the Contractor. or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen

or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materlall purchased for the
Installation and construction of laid municlpallmprovemenl5, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.
