1. Plaintiff is Ellenolaire Burford, who ourrently re.ides
at 1414 Bradley Drive, Apartment Q-314, carlisle, Pennsylvania,
.inoe December 6, 1993.
2. Defendant is GUY w. aurford, who currently resides at
111 North 8altimore Avenue, Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania,
for more than one year prior to the date of this Complaint
3. Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide rE\sidents
in the Commonweal th for at leaet six months immediately previous
to the filing of this complaint.
4. Plaintiff and Defendant were married on April 20, 1986,
in carlisle, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania.
~. There have been no prior actions of divoroe or for
annulment between the parties.
6. The marriage is irretrievably broken.
7. Plaintiff has been advised that oounseling is available
and that Plaintiff may have the right to request that the Court
require the parties to participate in counsel ing.
8. Plaintiff requests the Court to enter a Decree Of
Divorce.
