WITNESSETH, IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL COVENANTS CONTAINEO HEREIN, AND INTENDING TO BE LEGALLY BOUND, THE PARTIES HERETO AGREE AS FOLLOWS: t. PAYMENT OF THE RENT HEREUNDER SHALL BE SUSPENDED FROM THE TIME WHEN LESSEE HEREIN SHALL NOTIFY LESSOR OF SUCH CONDITION, UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE BUILDING IS SO REPAIRED ANO AGAIN READY FOR OCCUPANCY, AND LESSEE HEREIN AGREES THAT IN THE EVENT THAT THE BUILDING SHALL BE SO PARTIALLY DESTROYED BY FIRE AS TO RENDER SAID REPAIRS NECESSARY THAT THE SAID LESSOR SHALL THEREUPON HAVE THE RIGHT THROUGH ITS SERVANTS AND AGENTS AND THAT THE SERVANTS ANO AGENTS OF ANY CONTRACTOR EMPLOYED BY LESSOR SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO TAKE POSSESSION OF THE PREMISES FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING SUCH REPAIRS, AND THE SO TAKING OF POSSESSION SHALL NOT BE AN EVICTION OF LESSEE HEREIN AND SHALL IN NO MANNER AFFECT THE TERM OF THIS LEASE.
