I, JOSEPH BIXBY HOYT, JR. , presently of
Mechanicshurg, County of Cumberland , Commonwealth ofPennsyl-
vania, being of Boum'! mind and diBpoBing memory, r.ealizing the
uncertainty of thiB life, do hereby make, publiBh and declare
thiB to be my Last will an~ TeBtament, revoking any and all
previous WillEi and Codicils, Ilnd hez'eby will and dispoBe of
all t.he property which I own at my death in the following
manners

As Executrix (herein referred to aB "Executor") of
this my Will. I name and nomina t.e my wi fa, ,Joyce Margaret
Hoytl if shE! Bhall for any reaBon fail or be unable to serve
as Executor, oi ther before or during her service as Executor,
then I name my daughter, Margarot June Hoyt, aB Executor.

I dirE!ct that my debts and the eXpenBeB of my last
illneBs and funeral Bhall be paid by my Executor aB soon after
my deceaBe aB may be convenient:.

All of my automob.iJ.es, houBehold and perflonal ef-
fects and other tangi bIn personal ty of like n,1ture, together
with insurance thereon,' J gi,ve to my wife, Joyce Margaret
Hoyt, if she shall survive me by,a poriod of thirty (30) daysl

but if my said wife does not so survive me, then equally to
,such of my children as so survive me to be divided among them
as they may determine, or, should they be unable to agre8, as
my Executor may decide.

If my said wife shall survive me for a period of
thirty (30) days, I devise and bequeath unto my said wife,
outright and absolutely, all the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate, real and personal and mixed, including any prop-
erty over which I may have any power of appointment.

If my said wife shall fail to survive mtl for the
said period of thirty (30) days, I hereby make the following
bequests I
A. I give and bequeath to Martha Kinsella, present-
ly of Columbus, Indiana, our cut 91ass punch bowl
and wooden rocking horse.

of mine or their issue ahall survive me for a period of thirty

and remainder of my estate, real and personal and mixed, in~
eluding' any property over whi ch I may have any power of ap~
pointment, as follows I
A. One~fourth (1/4) of said residue of my Estate
unto my sister, Martha Kinsella, or her issue.
B. One~fourth (1/4) of sai,d residue of my Estate

my wife's sister, Deborah DeCorso.

itance taxes and other death taxos of any nature which may be

A. Any devise, legacy or appointment made in this Will,
B. Any real or personal property which at my dellth my.

(30) days, then I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate, real and personal and mixed, in-
cluding any property over which I may have any power of ap-

unto my sister, Martha KinRella, or her issue.

Dear Mr. Enrico:
As requested in your letter of May 9, 1994, I have indicated the values of
Mr. Hoyt's Pension Plan, Employee Savings and Thrift Plan, survivor benefits, and
vacation pay as of December 19, 1993, his date of death.
Pension Plan - The value of Mr. Hoyt's accrued annual benefit as of
December 19, 1993, was $9,166.68. The value of the survivor benefit, payable to
Mrs. Hoyt, is $736.06 per month for the remainder of her lifetime unless she
would remarry. The survivor benefit amount is determlnert by projecting Mr.
Hoyt's pension plan benefit forward to his normal retirement date (June I, 2005).
Mrs. Hoyt is eligible to receive 50% of this projected benefit under the AMP
Incorporated Pension Plan.
Because the AMP Incorporated Pension Plan at one time required employee
contri but ions, Mr. Hoyt's contri but ions to the pens i on plan and accumul ated
interest were payabl e to hi s benefi ci ary. However, only full mont.hs of
employment are taken into account when determining interest. Therefore, the
interest earni ngs are ca 1 cul ated through November 30, 1993. The breakdown,
therefore, as of November 3D, 1993 is as follows:
