I. EDWARD A. BESHORE, wldawer, wha naw live at No. 1700
Carnell Road, Camp HilI. Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby declare
this to be my last Will and revoke all prlar Wills and Codicils made by me.
1. I bequeath my personal effects, any automobile I may own,
hausehold gaods, and other tanalble personalty of like nature, to my son,
ROBERT E. BESHORE, and my dall[lhter, JANICE V. SCHNEIDER, as they
may select, In as nearly equal shares as possible.
2. I bequeath the sum of Thirty-Five Thausand ($35,000.00)
Dallal'S to my housekeeper, MARTHA LANNEN.
3. I bequeath Two Thausand ($2,000.00) Dollars ta HARRIS
STREET UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
4. I bequeath the sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars
ta each of my ~randchlldren, SUZANNE BESHORE, who Is now married;
ROBERT BESHORE: EDWARD BESHORE; DAVID BESHORE; ANDREA
SCHNEIDER, who Is naw married; and WILLIAM SCHNEIDER.

shall have any power af appointment, ta my fallowing children:

oheok made payable to the Register of Wills in the amount of
$8,122.50, same oonstituting a prepayment at discount on acoount
of Pennsylvania inheritance taxes in the above-oaptioned estate.
The prepayment is det~rmined as follows I $35,000.00 multiplied
by 15% or $5,250.00, and $55,000.00 multiplied by 6% or

known and numbered as 1700 Cornell Road, camp
Hill, Pennsylvania. Being the same premises
which Joseph J. Cignetto and Jean I. cignetto,
his wife, by deed dated December 8, 1955 and
recorded in Deed Dook "W", Volume 16, Puge 164,
granted and conveyed unto Edward A. Beshore and
Marian A. Deshore, his wife. Marian A. Deshore
died March 4, 1975, whereupon title to the real.
estate became vested solely in Edward A.
Beshore, the decedent herein.
$ 67,000.00
The above-described real estate was sold
pursuant to an Agreement for the Sale and
Purchase of Real Estate dated May 4, 1994, a
oopy of whlch is attached hereto and
incorporated herein. Final settlement took
place on July 14, 1994. 11 copy of the deed
conveying said real estate, along with a copy
of the Settlement statement, are attached
hereto and incorpor.ated herein. The sales
prioe of said real estate was $67,000.00.

part, by virtue of the power and authority aforesaid, in said
Will contained, and in consideration of the sum of SixtY-seven
Thousand Dollars ($67,000.00) to him paid by the said parties of
the second part, at and before the enseal1ng and delivery of
those presents, the r.eceipt whereof is hereby aoknowledged, has
granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and hereby grant,
bargain, sell and oonvey to the said parties of the seoond part,
their heirs and assigns forever, as joint tenants with the right

Office in Deed Book "W", Volume 16, Page 164, granted and
conveyed unto Edward A. Beshore and Marian A. Beshore, his wife.
The said Marian A. Beshore died March 4, 1975 thereby vesting the
entire fee simple title solely in her surviving spouse, Edward A.
