I, LEAH H. HOOVER, of Upper Allen Township, Cumberland
County, PennsYlvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory
and understanding, do hereby make, pUblish and declare this as
and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making
void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be
paid as Soon as practical after my death by my Executor
hereinafter named.
2. I direct that my burial be in ROlling Green Cemetery
and that my funeral be under the direction of Neill Funeral
Home, located at 3501 Derry Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
3. I give, devise and bequeath the fOllowing items of
personal property to the followings persons:
(a) To RICHARD E, HOOVER, my yellow gold sunburst
pin with large diamond;
(b) To GALE P. ROGERS, one pair of yellow gold diamond
earrings and my yellow gold wedding band with ten
diamonds;
(c) To LYNN RENEE STONE, my one-half Karat yellow gold
diamond ring;
(d) To BRENDA SUE S'fINSON, my white gold diamond pendant
with twenty stones and my yellow gold clUster dinner
ring with six diamonds and ruby center stone;

To ROBYN LEA GILSDORF, my BUlova yellow gold
triangle-shaped watch with four diamonds and

ORDER OF THE AMARANTH, my P.R.P. Pin to be given to
an out-going P.R.P. or any member of Willard Court
No. 54 that the Trustees may designate,
(j) Any remaining jewelry which I may own and possess at
the time of my death, I give in equal shares to my
daughter-in-law, DONNA JEAN HOOVER, and any of my
granddaughters living at the time of my death to
be divided among them as they may agree or, if they
are unable to agree, as my EKecutor may decide.
4. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
real, personal and miKed, and wheresoever the same may be
situate, I give, devise and bequeath as follows:
One-third (1/3) of my estate to my son, RICHARD E. HOOVERt
One-third (1/3) of my estate to my daughter-in-law,
DONNA JEAN HOOVER in recognition of the assistance she
has provided to me and my husband during our 1ivesl and
One-third (1/3) of my estate to be divided equally between
my grandsons, THOMAS P. O'CONNELL and MICHAEL K.
O'CONNELL.

Should either RICHARD E. HOOVER or DONNA JBAN HOOVER
predecease me, I direct that his or her share of my estate shall
pass to the five (5) daughters of RICHARD E. HOOVER, both
natural and adopted, to be divided equally among them.
5. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son,
RICHARD E. HOOVER, as Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament, but should he predecease me or fail to qualify, then
in such event, I nominate, constitute and appoint my grandson,
THOMAS P. O'CONNELL, as Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament. I further direct that no person serving as Executor
shall be required to post any bond to secure the faithful
performance of his duties in the Commonwealth of pennsylvania or
in any other jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
to this my Last Will and Testament which consists of three (3)
pages this 24th day of August, 1992.

and that my funeral be under the direction of Neill Funeral
Home, located at 3501 Derry Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
