ATTESTATION
THOMAS A. BECK, being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is an attorney and is a member in good standing of the
bars of the Distriot of Columbia and tho state of New Yorkl
2. That he first beoame aoquainted with ROBERT L. LAUCHLAN, the
deoedent in this matter in Misha~aka, Indiana in July 19681
3. That he represented ROBERT L. LAUCHLAN in various legal
matters from July 1968 until his death in September 1990.
4. That he is aware that ROBERT L. LAUCH LAN prepared a
holographio will (attaohed hereto) that was exeouted by him on
"5/12/89" (hereinafter "the Will") because he viewed the will as
signed and discussed the contents of the executed will with
ROBERT L. LAUCHLANI
5. That based upon his discussions with ROBERT L. LAUCHLAN about
the oontents of the Will, he unqualifiedly deolares that the
provisions as stated in the will reflect ROBERT L. LAUCHLAN'S
wishes as to the disposition of his property upon his deathl
6. That he knows from his disoussions with ROBERT L. LAUCH LAN
that the will was signed willingly and that he executed it as his
free and voluntary aot for the purposes therein expressed I
7. That over the twenty-two years that he worked with ROBERT L.
LAUCHLAN, he had ocoasion to observe ROBERT L.LAUCHLAN'9
handwriting and printing on many occasions and beoame fully
familiar with his signature I
8. That he has reviewed the Will, and based upon that review, he
states that the handwriting/printing/signature found in the
dooument is that of ROBERT L. LAUCHLAN.
