1. Plaintiff, General Motor. Acceptance corporation, (hereafter
"OMAC") i. a New York Corporation havinq office. throuqhout the United
State. and havinq an office at 2407 Park Drive, Harrbburq, Dauphin
County, Penn.ylvania.
2. Defendant, Barbara A. Myer., (hereinafter "Defendant") b an
adult individual pre.ently residing in York County at R.D. 1, Box 133,
Well.ville, PA 1736~.
3. On Auguat 2, 1991, Defendant entered into a Contract with
Orahall Buick Cadillac OMC Inc., 1408 Holly Pike, carli.le, penn.ylvania
17013 (hereafter "8eUer") for the purcha.e of a 91 OMC JilllllY, bearing
Vehicle Identification Number lGKCT18Z1MO~29934 (hereinafter "VehiCle")
for a purcha.e price and finance chargee in the amount of Twenty-Seven
Thoueand One Hundred Eighty-Eight And 80/100 Dollar. ($27,188.80). A

2. Defendant, Barbara A. Myen, (hereinafter "Defendant") 18 an
adult individual pre.ently re.iding in York county at R.D. 1, BOK 133,
Well.ville, PA 17365.
3. On August 2, 1991, Def.endant entered into a Contract with
Graham Buiok cadill~c OHC Inc., 1408 Holly Pike, carli.le, Penneylvania
17013 (hereatter "Seller") tor the purch.... of a 91 OMC Jimmy, bearing
Vehicle Identifioation Number lGKOT18Z1MO!l29934 (hereinafter "Vehicle")
for. purcha.e price and finanoe charge. in tho amount of Twenty-Seven
Thou.and One Hundred lighty-~ight And 80/100 Dollar. ($27,188.80). A

for a purcha.e price and finance charges in the amount of Twenty-Seven

ot Ootober, Nove.bar, Deoember 1993 and January 1994. The pn.ent
out.tanding balanoe due GMAC from Defendant i. in the amount of Thirteen
Thou.and Nine Hundred Twenty-Nine And 76/100 Dollar. ($13,929.76), plus
late oharge..
9. Under the terms of the ftforesaid contraot, Defendant agreed
that in the event .he defaulted in any payment due thereunder, or failod
to comply with any of the terme or conditions of the contraot, and in
the event it beoame neoessary for the Seller or its assignees to
institute a suit in replevin for the Vehiole Defendant agreed to pay all
costs of suit and any reasonable attorney's fees.
10. GMAC hall made repeated demands that Defendant make the
payments agreed upon, all to no avail.
11. The atoresaid Vehicle is presently in tha control and ouetody
ot Barbara A. Myers, R.D. 1, Box 133, Wellsville, PA 17365. Vehiol~s
ot this model and class have an average retail value of Eleven Thousand
