accordance with the informal accounting of the Estate of Chester M. Weaver Sr,
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
I hereby accept and approve said informal accounting attached hereto with the
same force and effect as if it had been duly filed In the Office of the Register of
Wills and audited in the Orphans' Court and had been adjudicated and confirmed
absolutely and the amount paid to me had been duly awarded to me.
And I, in consideration of the promise of the others, hereby agree to refund to
the said estate pro rata any amount which may be necessary in the future to
discharge any liabilities of the estate of which I may hereafter receive notice.
I hereby release Paul M. Weaver, Executor of the Estate of Chester M. Weaver Sr.,
of and from any and all claims and liabilities I have against the said estate and
the said Executor which I may have by reason of administration of the Estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and Intending to be legally bound hereby, I have
hereunto set my hand and seal this L day of January, 1996.
