following petition for a hearinq on charges of indirect criminal
contempt against ANNE M, HARDING as follows I
1. A Protection From Abu8e order was entered in by the
Honorable J. We.ley Oler, Jr, on February 11, 1994, A copy of the
order is attached as exhibit 1.
2. Defendant's violation of thi8 Order i. averred in the
attached CRIMINAL COMPLAINT. Attached as exhibit 2.
3. The victim has requested the filing of charges on indirect
criminal contempt.
4. The Commonwealth is requesting a hearing on ths charges of
indirect criminal contompt pur8uant to 23 Pa.C.S.A, Section 6113.
WHEREFORE, the Commonwealth requests a hearing on the charge of
indirect criminal contempt of the Protection From Abu.e Order.
