reoorded in the Oumberland County Reoorder of Deeds Offioe in Plar,
Book 2, Parle 103, the same being improved with a single family re-

5. That your PetHioner, 1I0NAW L. RHOADS, ~lishes to purohase
sdd residential premises known and numbered as 106 Willow Hill. Park
Road, imnlediately hereinabove referred to, for the full oonsider'ation
and purClhase prioe of Sixty-six Thousand ($66,000.00) Dollars, whioh
puroha(le is aooeptable and agreeable with your Petitioner, WILLIAM
E. RHOADS, and with PETITIONERS1 sister, BET'l'E J. BEAR, who is the
remaining legatee and p~rty entitled to share in deoedent's estate
