newly elected District Justice who has replaced Either
cohick who aerved for many years in the Newville area.
Helen was her secretary for many year.. So although Ihe is
newly elected, I am certain she is quite familiar with the
duties of the office. So at this time we will ask Helen if
you would come forward. Taylor Andrews, a member of our
bar, will present her.
MR. ANDREWS I It is my very real privilege and
p1e..ul:. to introduoe Helen Shulenberger to tllke the oath to
a.sume the position of District Sustlce of the Magiaterilll
District, I think it is, 3-02 in Cumberland County.
Helen is a native of western Cumberland County, a
graduate of Big Spring High School. She'S, as Your Honor
has noted, a s.cretary for District Justioe Cohick for 18
and a half years starting back in 1974.
Although she'S newly will be newly in
offioe, she is no stranger to those of us that have gone to
the District .lustico office on regular occasions. I have no
