David E. Kopp, survived the decedent; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid Glcnn F, Kopp and Robert R. Kopp qualified as Co-Executors
of the decedent's Estate, and Letters Tcstamcntary were granted to them on
February 4, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid Co-Executors, during the course of the administration of the

Pcnnsylvanin but which is nota probate asset; and
WHEREAS, there remained subject to I'ennsylvanin inhcritance tax thc sum of
$214,076.16 , taxable at the rute of six percent (6%), being tax of $12,844,57, which was
paid as follows: April 21, 1994, paid onnccount of $168,000.00 at the rate of six percent
(6%), $10,080.00 less five percent (5%,) discount 01'$480,00; and .January 20,1995, paid
on account 01'$46,076,16 at the rate of six percent (6%), $2,764,57; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid Co-Executors received additional monies, which arc not
