LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, CATHERINE R. RAHILLY, of the Borough of Carlisle,
Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing
mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare
this as and for my last will and testament, hereby revoking any
and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
Item I. I direct my executors to pay all my debts and
funeral expenses.
Item II. I direct that the real estate known as 405 West
South st., Carlisle, PA, be offered at the appraised value to
be determined by a licensed appraiser to my oldest son, James
J. Rahilly. If he decides that he does not wish to purchase
the property, then the property should be offered to my son,
John J. Rahilly. If he decides that he does not wish to
purchase the property, then the property should be offered to
my daughter, Mary H. Shay. If she does not wish to purchase
the property, then the property should be offered to my son,
Michael P. Rahilly. If he decides that he does not wish to
purchase the property, then it should be offfered to my
daughter, Kathleen R. Wolfe. If she decides that she does not
wish to purchase the property, then it should be offered to my
daughter, Elizabeth A. Wimer. If she deoides that she does not
wish to purchase the property, it should then be offered to ~y
daughter, Theresa M. Whitesel. If she decides that she does
not wish to purchase the property, it should then be offered to
my son, Stephen D. Rahilly. If he decides that he does not
wish to purohase the property, it should then be sold by my
executors. In each case, eaoh of my children will be given
fifteen (15) days after the property is offered to them by my
executors, to make their decision either to purchase, or not to
purchase the property. If they do not reply to my executors in
the said 15-day period, it will be presumed that they do not
wish to purchase the said renl estate.
Item III. When the real estate is sold in accordance
with the pro~i.ions of Item II, I direct that my executors give
Two Thousand ($2,000) Dollars to the "st.. Patrick's shrine
Church 3rd Century Fund", st. Patrick's Catholic Church,
Carlisle, PA, in the name of James J. Rahilly. This donation
should occur prior to the time that the balance of my estate is
qistributed among my children and/or grandchildren.
Item IV. I bequeath twenty (20%) percent of my estate
to my son, James J. Rahilly, and twenty (20%) percent of my
estate to my son, John J. Rahilly, provided they survive me.
Item V. I bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate to my other children. It is my wish that any
household items purchased during my lifetime by my children on
my behalf, be offered first to the individual child who
purchased the item(s). If he or she does not wish to retain
the item(s), I direct that they be distributed among my
ohildren as equally as possible.
Item VI. In the event that my son, James, predeoeases
me, then his issue will be entitled to an equal share of the
aforesaid residue per stirpes. In the event that my son, John,

share of the aforesaid residue per stirpes.
Item VII. If my other ohildren predecease me, their
issue 'will also be entitled to an oqunl ohare of the aforesaid
residue per stirpes.
Item VIII. I nominate, oonstitute and appoint my sons,
James J. Rahilly and John J Hahi11y, as my exeoutors. They
are to serve without bond.

I, CATHERINE R. RAHILLY, of the Borough of Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing
mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare
this as and for my last will and testament, hereby revoking any
and all wills by me at any time heretofore roade.
Item I. I direct my executors to pay all my debts and
funeral expenses.
Item II. I direct that the real estate known as 405 West
South st., carlisle, PA, be offered at the appraised value to
be determined by a licensed appraiser to my oldest son, James
J. Rahilly. If he decides that he does not wish to purchase
the property, then the property should be offered to my son,
John J. Rahilly. If he decides that he does not wish to
purchase the property, then the property should be offered to
my daughter, Mary H. Shay. If she does not wish to purchase
the property, then the property should be 0ffered to my son,
Michael P. Rahilly. If he decides that he does not wish to
purchase the property, then it should be offfered to my

wish to purchase the property, it should then be sold by my
executors. In each case, each of my children will be given
fifteen (15) days after the property is offered to them by my
executors, to make their decision either to purchase, or not to
purohase the property. If they do not reply to my executors in
the said 15-day period, it will be presumed that they do not
wish to purchase the said real estate.
Item III. When the real estate is sold in accordance
with the prol1ililions of Item II, I direct that my executors give
Two Thousand ($2,000) Dollars to the "st. Patrick's Shrine
Church Jrd Century Fund", st. Patrick's Catholic Church,
Carlisle, PA, in the name of James J. Rahilly. This donation
should occur prior to the time that the balance of my estate is
distributed among my children and/or grandchildren.
Item IV. I bequeath twenty (20%) percent of my estate
to my son, James J. Rahilly, and twenty (20%) percent of my
estate to my son, John J. Rahilly, provided they survive me.
Item V. I bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate to my other children. It is my wish that any
household items purchased during my lifetime by my children en
my behalf, be offered first to the individual child who
purchased the item(s). If he or she does not wish to retain
the item(s), I direct that they be distributed among my
children as equally as possible.
Item VI. In the event that my son, James, predeceases
me, then his issue will be entitled to an equal share of the
aforesaid residue per stirpes. In the event that my son, John,
