Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking any wHl previously made by me.
I - I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses out of my estate as soon as may be practical after my death.
II - I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate to the following
beneficiaries, in equal shares, and the share of any beneficiary
who predeceases me shall be distributed to his or her issue living at

I,ast week we filed the First and Final Aooount and Statement
of Proposed Distribution for the above referenoed Estate by
Raymond I. Miller, exeoutor.
Subsequent to the filing, we noted a typographical error on
page 2 of the Aocount under the general heading of Personalty,
Principal Aooount, Credits. The last item under "Credits" is the
following statement:
The Aooountant claims credit for the reduction of the
$6/000.00 Demand Note, Inventory Item No. 18 Edward E.
Fetrow: 1/2.forgiven QB pc~ writtGn inotructions
attached to Note from Nellie E. Fetrow, dated 9/3/91 -
$3/000.00.
The error is in the identification of Edward E. Fetrow being the
maker of the note. The correct name of the maker is "David E.
Fetrow" .
The Inventory filed prior to the Accounting clearly shows at
item 18 the note of "David E. Fetrow". Also, in the Statement of
proposed Distribution, the adjustment with regard to this note
appears in item F with respect to the distributive share of
"David E. Fetrow".
Attached to this letter is a copy of a letter being sent to
each of the distributees which likewise explains the foregoing.

Dear Folks:
At the end of last week, I wrote you sendinq a notice of the
filinq of the final documents in the administration of the Estate
of Nellie E. Fetrow, deceased. Subsequent to the issuance of our
letter and the filinq of the documents, a minor error was
discovered.
On paqe 2 of the First and Final Account, you will see an
item near the top of the paqe which indicates that the executor
is claiminq credit for the reduction of a note which is
attributed to "Edward E. Fetrow". The reference to "Edward" is
wrong. It should read: "David".
You will note that the item refers to item 18 on the
Inventory of the Estate. I enclose a copy of the Inventory and
direct your attention to item 18 which clearly shows that "David"
Fetrow is the maker of the note.
You will also see in the statement of Proposed Distribution
which we sent you on February 3 that the note adjustment appears
with respect to "David E. Fetrow" at item F on page 2 of the
Statement.
Thus, the reference to "Edward" in thG' Account is indeed a
typographical error. Since it has no effect on the ultimate
distribution of the Estate, we believe that the problem is de
minimus and can be ignored with the foregoing explanation.

Enclosed is a copy of my letter to the Register of Wills and
Clerk of orphans Court which makes the same explanation.
To physically oorrect the document would require the
withdrawal of the Account and its refiling. Because of the
court's schedule, the next approval/confirmation date would be
April 25, 1995. Rather than lose more than a month by this
delay, we are recommending your acoeptance of this explanation.
It is not necessary for you to respond, since we will interpret
the lack of objection as being your acceptance of the
explanation.
If any further information is required, please feel free to
