The Plaintiff, KF.YMARKET COMMUNICATIONS OF PENNSYLVANIA, INC.I/a WNNK, by Its
attorneys, KNUPP. KODAK, P.C., brlngl$ this action of Assumpsit against the Defendant to recover
the sum of FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($4,190,150),
along with Interest thereon from April 25, 1993, upon a cause of action of which tha following Is a
statement:
1. The Plaintiff, KEYMARKET COMMUNICATIONS OF PENNSYLVANIA, INC., Is a
corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and Is trading
and doing business as WNNK, and has an office and place of business at 2743 Perimeter Parkway,
Augusta, Georgia 30909.

the Plaintiff', books of original entry hereto allaohed, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A",
Plaintiff performed labor and provided services and advertising of the kind and description set forth on
laid Exhibit to the total amount of FOUR THOUSAND EIGHTY-TWO DOLLARS ($4.082.00).
4. The prloes charged for said labor performed and sorvlces and advertising provided were
jUlt and reasonable. were the legal and market prices therefor and were the prices which the Defendant
orally promised and agreed to pay Plaintiff theretor,
7, Due to Defendant's default In payment of the aforesaid account, Plalnllff was forced to
seek aid from the Courts and flied a Trespass & Assumpsit Complaint In District Court 09-2-01, thereby
