LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, FREDERICK J. WEBER. JR.. of South Middleton 'l'ownship,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this
as .and for my Last Will and Testament, hero by revoking and making
void any and all fox'mer \~nls, Codicils or writings 1n the nature
thereof, by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I order and direct my Executrix or Execut0rs,
hereinafter named, to pay all of my just debts, funeral expenses,
testamentary expenses, and all Inheritance, Estate, Transfer and
Succession Taxes, as soon as may be conveniently done after my
death, out of my residuary estate.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
be it real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever
situate, I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Viola E. Weber.
THIRD: In the event that my said wife shall predecease
me, I hereby give, devise and bequeath my residuary el:;tate to my
children, Frederick J. Weber, III, Margaret A. Peters,Patricia b.
Mainhart, Diane M. Trillis, and Theodore T. Weber, in equal shares,
share and share alike.
In the event that any of my said children shall predecease
me, his or her share shall be divided equally among my surviving
children.
FOURTH: In the event that my wife and I should die as the
result of a common disaster or under such circumstances as to render
it difficult or impossible to determine who predeceased whom, I
hereby declare it to be my intention and direction that I shall be
oOr1clusively presumed to have predeceased my said wJ.fe, and this, my
Last Will and Testament, shall be construed on that assumption and
basis, statute, law or rule to the c0ntrary notwithstanding,
