AND NOW, upon consideration Of the attached Complaint, it is
hereby directed that the parties and their respective counsel
appear before Samuel L. Andes, Esquire, the conciliator, at 325
North Twelfth Street, Lemoyne, PA, on the ..lih- day of ~rdl
1994, at 1\IO()r'\ .M., for a Pre-Hear in\! Custody Conference. At
such conference, an effort will be made to resolve tha issues in
dispute, or if this cannot be accomplished, to define and narrow
the issues to be heard by the Court, and to enter into a

present at the conference. Failure to appear at the conference
may provide ~rounds for entry of a tem~orary or permanent order.

NOW COMES the Plaintiff, CINDY L. TEWELL, by her attorney,
Charles E. Petrie, and respectfullY represents as follows I
1. Plaintiff is CINDY L. TEWELL, who currently resides at
177 KonhauB Road, Mechanicsburg, County of Cumber.1and,
Pennsylvania .
2. Defendant is RICHARD D. TEWELL/ who currently resides at
506 West Main street, Mechanicsburg, County or Cumberland,
Pennsylvania.
3. Plaintiff seeks to hava custody of THOMAS KARL TEWELL,
born March 18, 1987/ and JOSHUA WADE TEWELL/ born August 28, 1989.
Tho children were not born out of wedlock.
The children are presently in the custody of Plaintiff, CINDY
L. TEWELL.
During the past five years, the children have resided with
the following persons and at the followiny addresses I From
February, 1989, until 1990, with Plaintiff and Defendant in
Lewisberry, Pennsylvania/ from 1990, until October, 1991, with
Plaintifr and Defendant i" u~~er Allen Townshi~, Pennsylvania,
from October, 1991 until JUly 1, 1993, with Plaintitt and
Defendant at 177 Konhaus Road, MechanicsburV, Pennsylvania, from
JUly 1, 1993, until the present with Plaintiff at 177 Konhaue Road,
Mechaniosbur~, Pennsylvania.
The mother of the children is CINDY L. TEWELL, who currentli
resides at 177 Konhaus Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. She i.
married.
The father of the children is RICHARD D. TEWELL, who
currently resides at 506 West Main Street, Mechanicsbur~,
Pennsylvania. He is married.
4. The relationship of the Plaintiff to the children is that
of mother. The Plaintiff currently resides with the children.
5. The relationshi~ of the Defendant to the children ie that
of fathsr. He currently resides alone.
6. The Plaintiff has not participated as a party or witn~.s,
or in another. capacity, in other litigation concerning th. custody
of the children in this or in another court.
The Plaintiff has no information of a custody proceediny
concernin~ the children pending in a court of this Commonwealth.
Plaintiff does not know of a person not a party to theBe
proceedings who has physical custody of the children or who claims
to have custody or visitation rights with rospect to the childrAn.
7. The best interest and permanent welfare of tho childrnn
will be served by confirming in Plaintiff custody of the children
because Plaintiff can better care for the children Bnd provide ft
suitable environment for the children.

mother, the Plaintiff, Cindy L. Tewell.
3. Tbe fathel' of the chlldr:en, t.he Defendant, Richard D. Tawell, shall have and
enjoy the following periods of temporary or partial custody with both chlldrent
1\. Bvery Tuesday and avery Thursday from lobe tlma be Is off work and
the cbildran are out of school (he ia off work by 2130 p.m. but. the cbildren
are In school during tha school year until 4130 p.m.) until 11100 p.m.
B. Alternating weekends, commencing on Friday, March 18/ 1994, from
Friday at 4130 p.m. until Runday at 8100 p.m. Tbe parties understand that
the father will arrange his work schedule so that he Is not. scheduled to work
I on the weekends whan ho has the boys with him.
