Please be advisea that the law tirm ot Countess Gilbert Andrews
represents Aaron EntQrprises, Inc. with regard to drilling and
blasting work pertormed under a time and material contract with
you. The purpose ot this letter is to aavise you ot the intent or
Aaron Enterprises, Inc. to tile a Mechanics Lien against your
property. Pursuant to law, I am advising you ot the tollowing:
1. Aaron Enterprises, Inc. ot J 361 West Canal Roaa, Dover,
York County, Pennsylvania 17315 will be tiling the
Mechanics Lien.
2. Andrea Cadigan ana Ray Daaigan are the parties with whom
Aaron Enterprises, Inc. contracted.
3. The total amount claimed to be due by Aaron Enterprises,

4, The general nature and character ot the labor and
