On October 26, 1993, Petitioner entered guilty pleae to two
felonie. in the form of unlawful deliverie. of controlled
eub.tancee (marijuana, LSD) ,I arhing out of a eale occurring on
Auguet 25, 1992. He reoeived ooncurrent e.ntenoe. of 11~ to 23
