6. Under the Contract the Defendant granted the Seller or its
assignee a security intereet in the Vehicle and its proceeds.
6. Detendant, pursuant to the atorosaid contract, agreed that in
the event of der.ault in any payment due under the Contract, or the
tailure to oomply with any term or oondition thereof, that the Seller of
the atoresaid Vehicle may take immediate possession of said property,
!noludinq any equipment or accessories thereto, and for this purpose
Seller may, in any lawful manner, enter upon the premises where the said
property may be and remove same.

7. On or about March 24, 1993, tor good and valuable
consideration, the said Contract was assigned by Seller to GMAC who
sucoeeded to the rights and interest of Seller. GMAC, pursuant to the
provhions of the Missouri Uniform Commercial Code, perfeoted its
security interest in the Vehicle by properly notifying the Missouri
Department ot Revenue to endorse upon the certificate of Title for the
ator.said Vehicle a notioe of its en~umbrance upon the aforementioned
Vehicle and security interest therein. A copy ot said Certificate ot
Title i8 marked Exhibit "B" and attached hereto.

8. Detendant has breached the said Contract in that Defendant
tailed to make the agreed-upon installment payment. due. The pres.nt
outstanding balance due GMAC from Detendant is in the amount ot Fourteen
Thousand one Hundred Thirteen and 34/100 Dollars ($14,113.34), plus late
charges.
9. Under the terms of the aforesaid contract, Detendant agreed
that in the event he defaulted in any payment due thereunder, or failed
to comply with any of the terms or conditions of the Contract, and in
the event it became necessary tor the SeUer or its assigne.. to
inetitute a Buit in replevin for the Vehicle Detendant agreed to pay all
costs ot suit and any reAsonable attorney's fees.
10. GMAC has made repeated demands that Defendant make. the
payments agreed upon, all to no Avail.
11. The aforesaid Vehicle is presently in the control and custody
of David W. aobb, 10 Big spring Terrace, Newville, Pennsylvania 17241.
Vehicles ot this model and class have an average retail value of Ten
Thousand One Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($10,100.00).
WHEREFORE, GMAC prays that this Honorable Court enter judgment in
favor ot GMAC and against Defendant forI
a. Possession of the 92 Ford F150 bearing
Vehicle Identification Number
