The father of the children is Gregory Gettle, w~o currently resides at 32 Garden street, Lebanon, Lebanon county, Pennsylvania. 8. The relationship of Plaintiffs Frank and Barbara King to the child is that of maternal grandparents. The Plaintiffs currently reside alone. 9. The relationship of Defendant tu the child is that of mother. The Defendant currently resides with the child and the person listed in paragraph 6 above. 10. Plaintiffs have not participated as a party, witness, or otherwille in litigation concerning the custody of the said child. 11. Gregory Gettle, the natural father of the child, filed an action in Cumberland County Courthouse, at Docket Number 3320 civil 1993 for joint legal and joint physical oustody of the child, Chelsea Ann Gettle. . 12. plaintiffs do not knaw af a per,on not a party to ths proceedings, other than the natural father, Gregory Gettle, who ha. phyeical custody of the ohild or olaims to have oUstody or visitation rights with respect to the ohild. 13. The best interest and permanent welfare of the child will be served by granting visitation to the maternal grandparents, Plaintiffs herein, sinoe they have been .ignificantly involved in the ohild's life sinoe birth and the mother of the ohild, the Defendant herein, has recently denied acces. of the child to the Plaintiffs. 14. Each parent whose parental rights to the child has not been terminated and the person who has physical custody of the child ha. been named as a party to this action. However, it i, beli.ved that the natural father, Gregory Gettle, conours in Plaintiffs' request.
