April 27, 1993 I fOR VALUl'l Rl'lCEIVl'lD, thl! undersigned ("MAKl'lR") promise (8) to pay to the order of SIIIPPl'lNSBURG Dl'lVELOPl'lRS BUILDl'lRS, INC. the principal sum of l'lIGHT THOUSAND Sl'lVl'lN HUNDRl'lD NINl'lTY Sl'lVl'lN AND 73/100 DOLLARS ($6,797.73) with interest on the unpaid principal balance from the date of this NOTl'l, until paid, at the rate of nine (9\) percent per annum. Principal and interest shall be payable at 146 Gutshall Road Shippensburg, Pa. 17257, or such other place as the NOTE holder may designate in consecutive monthly installments of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY AND 26/100 DOLLARS ($160.26) beginning June 1, 1993. Such monthly installments shall continue until the entire Indebtedness evidenced by this NOTE 18 paid In full, except that any remaining indebtedness if not sooner paid, shall be due and payable on MAY 1,1997. If the MAKER shall fail to pay any sum required to be paid under the terms' of thi s NOTE within f Ivo (5) days after the same becomes due or payable, or if tho MAKER shall fail to perform any other provision hereof, then the balance of the debt eVidenced by this NOTE, with all arrearages of Interest thereon and all sums due shall, at the option of the holder, become due and payable Immediately without notice to the MAK!:R, and execution of suit may commence immediately for collection together wHh the cost of suit and an attorney I s oommlssion of (15') percent. ANO FUR~HER, MAKER hereby authorizes and empowers any ATTORNEY of any COURT of RECORD of Pennsylvania, or elsewhere, to appear for and to enter judgment against it for the sum, with or without declaration, with costs of suit, release of errors, without stay of execution, and with fifteen (15') peroent added for collection fees, and also Maker waives the right of inquisition on any real estate that may be levied upon to collect this NOTE and does hereby voluntarily condemn the same, snd authorize the Prothonotary to enter upon the Writ of Execution said voluntarily condemnation, and further agrees that said real estate may be sold on a Writ of Execution, and hereby waives and releases all relief from any and all appraisement, stay or exemption laws of any state, now in force or hereinafter to be pasoed. The authority herein granted to confess judgment shall not be exhausted by any exercise thereof but shall continuo from time to time and at all times until full payment of all said amounts. Presentment, notice of dishonor, and protest are hereby waived by all makers, sureties, guarantors and endorsers hereof.
