1. On the 16th day ot February. 1994, the plaintitt tiled a
Protection From Abuse action, and the Court entered a Temporary
Proteotive Order and .ch~duled a hearing for the 24th day ot
February, 1994.
2. The detendant has not yet been served with a oopy of the
Temporary Proteoti ve order, Notioe and Petition for Protective
Order.
WHEREFORE, the plaintitf respectfully requests that the
hearing soheduled in this matter for February 24, 1994, be

of the Con.ent Agreement of the parties, the following Order is
entered I
1. The defendant, Crisstofer D. Maxon, i. enjoined from
phy.ioally abu.ing the plaintiff, Tiffany J. Pyle, or from
placing her in fear of abuse.
2. The defendant is enjoined from having any contact with
the plaintiff including, but not limited to, entering the
plaintiff's place of employment or school, from stalking the
plaintiff, and from harassing the plaintiff or her relatives.
3. The defendant, Crisstofer D. Maxon, is ordered to .tay
away from the premises located at 129 Market st., New cumberland,
Pennsylvania. The defendant is hereby notified that if he
re.ides in the plaintiff's domicile contrary to this Order, he
may be in indirect criminal contempt which is punishable by a
fine not to exceed $1,000 and/or by a sentence of up to six
months in jail and any other appropriate punishment. Resumption
of oo-re.idence on the part of the plaintiff and defendant shall
not nullify the provisions of the court order direoting the
def.ndant to retrain trom abu.ing the plaintitf.

been violated, whether or not the violation is committed in the
pr.s.nce of the police officer. In the event that an arrest i.
mad. under this section, the defendant shall not be taken to jail
but .hall be taken without unnecessary delay before the Court
that i.sued the Order. When that Court is unavailable, the
detendant shall be arraigned before a district juatice who shall
