Defendant, Vernon L, Lambert, SaId Mortgage was recorded in
Mortgage Book 254, Page 43, on November 27, 1950,
5. Said Mortgage Is invalid and unenforceable for the
folLowing reasonSl said Mortgage waD paid in full and Defendants
have failed or refused to natisty the lien of said Mortgage of
record.
6. Sald Mortgage remains unsatistied of record and
constitutes a cloud on PLaintiff's title to said property,
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED I
1. That said Mortgage given by Frank J. Williams and M~rie F.
Williams to Vernon L. Lambert, dated November 24, 1~50 and
recorded November 27, 1950 in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds of cumberland County in Mortgage Book 254, Page 43, is
null and void,
2. That said Mortgage is hereby cancelled,
