county, Penneylvania 17055.
2. Reepondent, penneylvania Department ot Tran.poX'tation,
Bureau of Driver Lioeneinq, hu a mailinq addre.. at TranepoX'tation
and Safety Buildinq, Hard.burq, Dauphin county, Penneylvania
17120.
3. Petitioner received a oitation tiled by the carliele
polioe Department on or about Ootober 4, 1993, aUeqinq a violation
on or about October 4, 1993, ot seotion 1543 ot the Vehicle Code.
4. The citation wae i.eued through Maqieterial DietX'iot 09-
2-01 in carliele, cumberland County, Penneylvania.
5. Petitioner appeared betore Dietriot Juetice correal,
Maqieterial Dietrict 09-2-01, on November 22, 1993, and the
Diltrict Juetice accepted Petitioner's 9uilty plea and acoepted
Petitioner'e payment.
6. Petitioner received a notioe ot liaenee .uepension with
a mail date ot rebruary 9, 1994, trom the Department of
Traneportation advieinq her that her lic.nee wae to be eu.pended
tor a period ot one year with an eftective date ot April 11, 200~.
