Plaintiff and Defendant were married on May 27/ 1983 at Hager.town, Maryland. 5. Plaintiff previously filed for divorce in the COUrt of common Pleas of Cumberland county, which aotion wa. 2 docketed to number 940 Civil 1993. Said action wa. dhmi..ed on July 23, 1993 due to prior attempted reconciliation of the parti.. which ended on AUIJU.t 17, 1993. 6. Plaintiff ha. been advi.ed of the availability of coun.eling and the right to reque.t that the Court require the partie. to participate in coun.eling. 7.
