NOW, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH, that the Contractor, for and in consideration of tht awarding to him
of the sald conltactas for the sum or ONE DOLLAR (SUlO) to him in hand paid by the Owner, the receipt 01
which Is hereby acknowledged, promises and egreesthat no Mechanic's Lien or IIsns shall be flied against
the aforesaid building or the appurtenances thereto by any subcontractor, subcontractors, materialmen,
mecharlles, laborers or anyone for materials furnish ad, work done or serVices rendered 01 any kind
whatsoever, for or about, or on account 01 the afor"sald building or on the credit thereof,
