1. Plaintiff i. Constance M. Bryson, an adult individual
who currently resides in cumberland County at a place of
residence she would prefer not tu reveal. If necessary, the
information will be provided if deemed pertinent by Order of the
Court.
2. Defendant is Burton r.. Bryson, an adult individual who
currently resides at 310 South Market street, Mechanicsburg,
CUmberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents
of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six (6) months
immediately prior to the filing of this oomplaint.
4. Plaintiff and Defendant were married on september 22,
1990 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania,
5. Neither of the parties has previously commenced an
action in Divorce.
6. Neither of the partiee in this action is presently a
member of the Armed Foroes,
7. The Plaintiff and Defendant are both citiz.n. of the
Unit..d state..
8. The marriage i. irretrievably broken.
g. Plaintiff has been advi.ed of the availability of
counseling and that the Plaintiff may have the right to rsque.t
that the Court require the part i.. to partioipate in coun..linq.
