A divoroe complaint was filed on February 22, 1994, raising grounds for divorce of irretrievable breakdown of the marriage. No economic olaims were raised in the divoroe oomplaint. However, Plaintiff attached an affidavit under Section 3301(d) of the complaint averring that the parties have been separated for a period in exoess of two years, since November 24, 1991. Therefore, presentlr there are no economic claims raised in the proceedings and I wi 1 not go forward with a directive until counsel havo clarified for me what economio issues are to be litigated and the issues have been properly raised in the pleadings.
