1. The Plaintiff, WILLIAM G. DEMMY, III, i. an adult
individual currently re.iding at 340 Walnut street, Lemoyne,
CUllberland County, ,enn.ylvania.
3. The Defendant, BOROUGH or MECHANICSBURG, i. a
borou9h organized pur.uant to the provi.ion. of the Borough Code
voverned by a Borough council and Mayor having a. an addre..
Railroad Avenue, Mechanic.burg, Cumberland County, Penn.ylvania.
3. At all time. relevant hereto, the 'laintiff i. and
wa. an ellployee of the Borough of Mechanic.burg, employe~ a. a
Mechanic.burg Borough Police Officer.
4. commencing on or about June 28, 1993, Plaintiff
.uffered an injury while in the employment a. a police of ticer,
.aid injury con.titutinq an aggravation ot a previou. condition

patrol oar, 9attin~ in and out of hi. ca~, and liftinq du~inq
tima. of employment.

a total but te.porary injury for which Plaintiff i. entitled to
oartain banefit. aa oontained in 53 P.S. saotion 637 at ~,

day at an hourly rate of $12.69 per hour, for a total of
