2. befendant is Bradford A. Smith, trading ..
Bradford's Book. ("Smith"), an individual with a budne.. addr...
at 42 East Ring street, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania 172/17.
3. On or about Hafch 31, 1992, Smith and Joseph L.
Hursh, Jr. (tlHurshtl) entered into a lease agreement ("the Lease
"9reementtl), whereby Bmith leued from lIureh certain premises
known as 43 Bait Kin9 street, Shippensburg, Pennaylvania 17257
(tithe Cemised premie..tI). Attaohed hereto as Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof ia a true and correot oopy of the Leaa.
Agreement.
4. In Harch of 1993, Main street purchased the Demised
premiaes from Hursh, and Hursh assigned the Lease Agreement to
Hain Street. The said assignment frOln HurElh to Main street is
written in the margin of the t,e6se Agreement, a copy of which is
attached ae Exhibit tlA".
5. Smith has breached the Lease Agreement by failing
to pay to Main Btreet the following amounts due pursuant to tho
Lease Agreement I
