This has included but Is not limited to the following specific instances of abuse: a, On or about January 30, 1994, the defendant became enraged, grabbed the plaintiff's hair, pulled her head down. The defendant then struck the plaintiff across the right side of her face and ear, causing the plaintiff to suffer a concussion, b, In or around December 1992, the defendant became :1 " i I enraged, grabbed the plaintiff, and threw her against the wall, The defendant then grabbed the plaintiff by her throat with both hands, causing the plaintiff to fear for her safety. c.
