COMPLAINT paR CONPESSION OP JUDGMENT POR MONEY
1. Plaintiff is Meridian Bank, a banking institution, having
its principal place of business at 35 North sixth street, Reading,
Pennsylvania 19603.
2. Defendant World Impex, Ltd. is a Delaware corporation,
having a place of business at (i) 1660 Spring Road, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania 17013, and (ii) 8020 South Tropical Terrace, Merritt
Island, Florida 32952.
3. Defendant Roger M. Dechesne is a sui juris individual
having last known addresses of (i) 1885 Aeronca street, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania 17013, and (ii) 8020 South Tropical Terrace, Merritt
Island, Florida 32952.
4. Defendant Monique H. Dechesne is a sui juris individual
having last known addresses of (i) 1885 Aeronca street, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania 17013, and (ii) 8020 South Tropical Terrace, Merritt
Island, Florida 32952.
5. An exact photographic reproduction of the instrument upon
which suit is based is attached hereto as Exhibit "A."
6. The aforesaid instrument has not been assigned.
7. No judgment has heretofore been entered on this
instrument in Pennsylvania or any other jurisdiction.
8. Defendants have defaulted on payments required by the
provisions of said instrument.
9. The amount presently owing on the aforesaid judgment is
as follows:
