pieces or parcels of land situtated in West Pennsboro . Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
ALL that certain tract of land situate in West Pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County, pennsylvaniar bounded and described ~n accordance
with a Plan prepared by Rodney Lee Deckerr R.P.L.S., dated ~anuary 22r
1993 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland
County in Plan Book 66, Page 104 and Plan Book 58, Page 85.
Designated as Lot No. 48 and 20 on Plan of Cross Road School Road Estates.

NOY, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and becween the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor o~
meterialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials ~o the sai~
contractor under this contract shell file a lien, commonly called a.mechanic's
lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any pert
thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County
Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in accordance with requirements
of Act of Assemble of Pennsylvania, in.such case provided.
