Firstly, the purpose of this letter is to infora you that the above-captioned
Plaintiff; i.e. Waggoner, Frutiger & Daub; has received froa the above-captioned
Defendant, i.e. the Dennis Sealover Construction Company, payaent in full of all
suas which were due and owing on account of the above-captioned Notice Of
Judgaent I Transcript.
Secondly, therefore, it is our request that the Sheriff's docket of the above-
captioned civil case be aarked satisfied and closed.
Thirdly, upon inquiry, we have been Inforaed that the sua of $31.57 reaains
due and payable on account of services which have been rendered to us by the
Orrice of the Sheriff. Therefore, attached hereto, you will find a check, Check
No. 14561, which has been issued by Waggoner, Frutiger & Daub and aade payable
to the "Sherirt Of Cuaberland County" in the amount of $31.57. This check is
given in full payment and satisfaction of the e.toresaid remaining balance due. I
