ARBITRATION
COMPLAINT
1. The plaintiff, Meridian Bank, is a Pennsylvania banking
corporation with its principal offices at 35 North sixth street,
Reading, PA. 19603.
2. Defendant, Michael M. Krull, is an adult individual residing
at 712 S. 21st street, Camp Hill, PA 17011.

3. The Defendant executed ,. !'I::te & fLuIdly tgn.armt in favor of
Plaintiff (the "Note") on or about April 17, 1992 in the principal
amount of $7300.00. A true and correct copy of the Note is attached
as Exhibit "A" to and incorporated by reference in this complaint.
4. The plaintiff has not assigned the Note and is the holder
thereof.
5. The Defendant defaulted ill the
performance of the payment obligations under the terms of the
Note.
6. On or about August 17, 1992 the Plaintiff repossessed a 1988
Chevrolet Camaro automobile serial no. 1G1FP216JL152696 (the
"Collateral") belonging to the Defendant, with appropriate notice of
the repossession to the Defendant. A true and correct copy of that
notice is attached as Exhibit "B" to and incorporated by reference
in this complaint.
7. The Plaintiff sold the Collateral on october 2, 1992
for $2722.00 net of any costs of repossession and sale pursuant
to the notice contained in Exhibit "B".
8. After application of all payments by or on behalf of
the Defendant of principal and interest on the Note, and after
application of the net proceeds of the sale of the Collateral,
there remains an unpaid principal balance due from and owing by
the Defendant of $4125.83, exclusive of interest and late
charges.
9. The Note provides for:
a. interest at the rate of 11.001% per year;
b. late charges;
c. reasonable attorney's fees and costs of any collection
proceedings;
10. The total due is $5713.87. A true and correct statement of
of account is attached as Exhibit "c" to and incorporated by reference
in this complaint.

THEREFORE, Meridian Bank demands judgment against the
Defendant, Michael M. Krull in the amount of $5713.87, together with
interest forward from February 23, 1994 at the annual rate of 11.001%
and costs of this action.
