Both parents were represented by counsel. This involves three children; Jacqueline R. Prancart, born October 5th, 1987; Abigail M. Prancart, born Pebruary 21st, 1989; Liza L. Prancart, born October 1st, 1991. The mother lives in Newport, Perry County, Pennsylvania. The father lives in Sarasota, Plorida. The father has not visited with the children since 1994. He has been paying his support, $500.00 a month, even though perhaps not always on time, but he has always paid support. He is now in the area, and will be here until Sunday morning when he leaves to fly back to Plorida. I think both he and the mother have agreed that he may have partial custody of the children tomorrow, September 27th, 1997, from 12:00 noon until 6100 p.m. The mother will bring the children to the square in Carlisle, and he will pick up the children here at the square, and he will return the children to the square at 6100 p.m. It is clear that the mother has full custody of these children, and this order only permits the father to have them tomorrow as indicated. If this visit goes well, I would like to talk to counsel sometime afterwards, and I will then prepare a new order which will permit the father to have at Christmas partial custody of the ohildren, and we will .et the dates at that time. As has been testified, the father ha. not .een the younger daughter, ~iza, since ahe waa approximately 8 month. old, but I believe as long as her two older .iater. oome along tomorrow with their father, that ~iza will not be afraid or scared to go along. Plaintiff, Faith T. Curran, is an adult individual residing at 704 Coolidge Avenue, New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17070. 2. Defendant, victor B. Snyder, III, is an adult individual residing at 958 Myers Town Road, Gardners, Adams County, Pennsylvania 17324. 3. The events hereinafter set forth occurred on Wednesday, June 24, 1992 at approximately 1:50 P.M. near the intersection of Trindle Road and South Middlesex Road in South Middleton Township, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania. 4. At the time and place aforesaid, Plaintiff, Faith T. Curran, was operating a 1987 Honda Civic and proceeding with the right of way on Trindle Road. 5. Defendant, victor B. snyder, III, was operating a 1988 Subaru on Middlesex Road which intersected with Trindle Road and was controlled by a stop sign. Mr. Snyder pulled from the stop sign into the path of the vehicle operated by Ms. Curran resulting in a collision of the vehicles. 6. Defendant Snyder was negligent in the operation of his motor vehicle in that he: a. failed to yield the right of way to oncoming traffic; b. failed to observe other vehicles on the roadway; and c. operated his vehicle without proper and adequate control so as not to expose other users of the highway to unreasonable risks of harm. 7. As a direct result of the negligence of Defendant Snyder the Plaintiff's vehicle sustained damages amounting to $1,429.91. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, Faith T. curran, demands jUdgment against the Defendant, victor B.
