Please index the above-captioned action as a Lis pendens
against the following real property:
4 Boxwood Lane, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, pennsylvania,
17011, as described in a deed dated October 4, 1961, and recorded
in the cumberland county Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book 1-
20, Page 643, described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot located in the Plan of Boxwood Lane,
Lower Allen Township, cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as laid out
by william B. Whittock, R.E., June 28, 1960, as revised June 29,
1961, and recorded in Cumberland County, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point where the division line between lots two
and three of the Plan of Boxwood Lane intersects with the northerly
curving line of Boxwood Lane; thence along the curving northerly
side of Boxwood Lane, a distance of 75 feet in an arc created by a
425.15 foot radius; thence north 21 degrees 33 minutes west, a
distance of 30.58 feet to a point; thence north 32 degrees 7
minutes 45 seconds west, a distance of 102.20 feet to a point;
thence south 27 degrees 4 minutes west, along the division line
between lots one and three of Boxwood Lane, a distance of 74.99
feet to a point; thence south 22 degrees 1 minute east, along the
division line between lots two and three of Boxwood Lane, a
distance of 90.34 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.

I hereby certify that this action affects title to or other
interest in the above-described property by virtue of a suit in
equity for specific performance to be filed against Gilbert L.
Wilson and Virginia M. Wilson regarding an Agreement of Sale
between Vincent P. Cantelupe and Jill R. Cantelupe and Gilbert L.
Wilson and Virginia M. Wilson dated February 8, 1994.
