COMPLAINT
NOW comes the plaintiff, by its attorneys, IRWIN, IRWIN & McKNIGHT, Esquires,
and files this complaint, representing as follows:
1. The plaintiff is Carlisle Cement Products Co" Inc., peMsylvania corporation with
principal offices located at Carlisle, Cumberland County, PeMsylvania and a mailing address of
P.O, Box 617, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013,
2. The defendant is Eugene Rotz, tldlb/a H & R Custom Built Homes, an adult individual
having a place of business at 1106 Easy Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, PeMsylvania 17013,
3, On the dates indicated on the statement of account attached hereto as Exhibit" A" and
incorporated herein by reference, defendant ordered and plaintiff delivered to defendant various
building materials as indicated on the statement.
4. The prices charged for said building materials were the usual and ordinary prices
therefor and the prices which defendant agreed to pay,

5, The defendant has made various payments against the charges on this account as
indicated on the statement, but there remains a balance due ofSI0,673.02, as of December 31,
1993,
6 The plaintiff has made numerous requests of the defendant to pay the balance due, but
defendant has refused and neglected to pay the same or any part thereof and continues so to
refuse.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff demands judgment against defendant in the sum of Ten
Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-three and 021100 (SI0,673.02) Dollars,
