NO LIEN AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, an agreement was entered into between

"CONTRACTOR"
and Perfnl ServlceslSoulhamplon..Manoillmlled.Eartnershlp
"OWNER"
Whereby the said Contractor undertook and agreed to perfonn certain construction work and to
provide certain mat~a1s and perfonn certain work necessary to erect a building for the price or
sum of ~,ooo ,oco . ~ on Owner's lot situate
at WalnulBollom...Boado-Sblppensburg.hnnsylv.anla
NOW, THEREFORE THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH, That the said Contractor for
and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to him in hand paid by the said Owner,the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and further consideration as agreed upon, for him, his
subcontractors and all parties acting through or under him, covenants and agrees that no
mechanics'lien or liens shall be filed or maintained by him, or any of them, against the said
building of the Owner situated as above stated, andlor the plot of ground appurtenant thereto, for
or on account of any work done or materials furnished by him, or any of them, under the said
contract or otherwise, for, towards, in or about that said construction and work at the said
building of the Owner, and the said Contractor for himself and his subcontractors, and others
under him, hereby expressly waives and relinquishes the right to have, file or maintain any
mechanics' lien or claim against the said building andlor the plot of ground, and agrees that this
agreement waiving the right of lien shall be an independent contract.
