JUDGMENT NOTE
The Undersigned hereby Jointly and severally promises to pay to the order 01 G. R. Mitchell. Inc.. a Pennsylvania
corporation. with offices at Relton, Pennsylvania. the sum 01 ...$5.0.,.35.3...7.0.............................................................
with Interest Irom date or dates 01 disbursements thereol at the rate 01 six (6%) percent per annum. such sum being payable
on demand. This ludgment note Is given to secure luture accounts payable by the Undersigned to G, R. Mitchell. Inc.. upon
invoices for purchases of building materials and supplies, and a "disbursement" hereunder shall be defined to Include any
purchase on credit by the Undersigned together with the accrual 01 any Iinance charges upon such credit account.
The Holder may at any time declare the entire balance 01 principal and interest 01 this Note immediately due and pay.
able and the submission to the Undersigned by the Holder 01 a bill or Invoice on it's account shall be construed as a demand
hereunder. Upon the lailure 01 the Undersigned to pay any amount due hereunder, the Holder shall have all the rights and
remedies with respect to the Note and all collateral which are provided lor by law and all 01 the rights and remedies set lorth

WAIVER OF RIGHTS

clause. and by slgnln9thls Waiver of Rights:
1. We have authorized G. R. MITCHEll, INC. to entar a Judgment In Court against us and In favor of it at any lime
without any proof of non'payment or proof of other default on our part; and
2. We have waived our right to have notice and an opportunity to be heard prior to the Judgment; and
3. We understand that G. R. MITCHEll. INC. may. in the event of non.payment or other default on our part. cause
any or all of our property. both personal property and real estate. to be levied upon. attached or taken from us and sold by
the Sherill to pay our debt and G. R. MITCHEll, INC. need not prove non.payment or other default on our part before
doing this or causing It to be done; and
4. We understand that If we want to challenge a Judgment entered by G. R. MITCHEll, INC.. we will have to pay an
attorney to represent us. and we may have to pay court costs in a court proceeding to open. strike or remove the Judgment.
FURTHERMORE:
1. We were informed prior to Signing the Note and this Waiver of Rights that we had tha right to have our own attorney
examine the Note. this Waiver and all other papers we were asked to sign; and
2. We fully understand that we have givan up valuable legal rights by signing the Note with the Confession of Judgment
clause which we would not be giving up if the Note did not have such a clause; but we have sign.d tha Note and have waived
Our rights intentionally. understandingly and voluntarily.
