1. We have authorized G. R. MITCHELL. INC. to enter a Judgment In Court against us and In lavor 01 It at any time
without any proal 01 non.payment or proal 01 other delault on our part; and
2. We have waived our right to have notice and an opportunity to be heard prior to the Judgment; and
3. We understand that G. R. MITCHELL. INC. may. In the event 01 non-payment or other delault on our part, cause
any or all 01 our property. both personal property and real estate. to be levied upon. attached or taken Irom us and sold by
the Sheri II to pay our debt and G. R. MITCHELL, INC. need not prove non.payment or other delault on our part belore
doing this or causing it to be done; and
4. We understand thetll we want to challenge a Judgment entered by G. R. MITCHELL. INC.. we will have to pay an
attorney to represent us. and we may have to pay court COlli In a court proceeding to open. strike or remove the Judgment.
