WBBRBAS, George D. Gale and Nichole S. Gale, of Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, are about to execute contemporaneously
herewith, a contract, with B.A. Farner, Custom Home Builder, for
the erection of a home situateth. at Lot # 10 Limestone Road, Forqe
Road Acres, South Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
HOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been qiven by the
said OWners to the said Contractor to commence work on the said
building, or purchase materials for the same, and in consideration
of the makinq of the said contract with Contractor and the further
consideration of One Dollar, to be paid by OWner Contractor, it is
aqreed that no lien shall be filed aqainst the buildinq by the
contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men
or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection
of said buildinq, the riqht to file such liens beinq expressly
waived.
